It was the Fourth of July when George took this picture of a great sunset over Coney Island. It sounds almost poetic. |

George says that this picture is quite possibly the last photograph of the Ambrose Light Tower. The tower was located seven miles south of N.Y.C. Harbor. It used to be home to harbor pilots who piloted ships into N.Y.C. The tower was taken down this year and the pilots are now shuttled back and forth from Staten Island. |
