Capt. Bob I am a licensed Captain with plans to operate a Boat and Breakfast with my wife Jeanne somewhere on the east coast, possibly the St. John's River in Florida. I have been a boater most of my life. In the past, I have owned 3 runabouts, a 25' Chris Craft cruiser, a 28' Owens Flagship, and a 35' Chris Craft Roamer. We presently own two boats. One is a 1964, 56' Chris Craft Roamer that we have been restoring in Savannah and a 1973, 15' Silverline runabout. We enjoy boating on Lake Lanier north of Atlanta but our favorite is cruising the east coast ICW along with other connected waters around Savannah at present. We are future live-aboards and are considering downsizing to a trawler in the 40' range. I found the club while surfing the net on Google. We look forward to sharing the fun! Capt. Bob & Jeanne (Admiral & Finance Officer) Sunday, November 24, 2002 at 16:10:59 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- You and Jeanne have come to the right place Captain! Jimmy I am a licenced Capt. and have owned boats since I was 17, I'm now retired. My wife (Ann) and I live on Lake Sinclair in Eatonton, Ga. which covers 15,500 acres with almost 500 miles of shore line. We also have a home on Colonels Island which is 20 miles south of Savannah. We have a 20' Bonita that we use on the lake and for inshore fishing. We are in the final stages of rebuilding a 1966 25' Sport-Craft Cabin including new (2) complete I/O assemblies. We enjoy fishing the Atlantic and just cruising the coast. We also have a 25' Carver cabin that we may depart with in the spring when the Sport- Craft is complete. Found your site while looking for a calendar.I have read a lot of your member comments and think you have a neat group of members and look forward to reading the comment of other members. This is a great web site. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks Captain! Welcome to the club. Jim |
